Registered in England and Wales No. 5648039 ("TMP Worldwide"). Any data provided by visitors is managed by the SG. The technical services for the Website are provided by TMP Worldwide.

Content of the Website

The information provided on the Website is not an invitation or recommendation to buy any products or services featured.
The SG intends to promote uninterrupted access to the Website, but it may be suspended, restricted or terminated without notice at any time.

Cookies and Website Traffic Analysis

When users enter the website website their computers will automatically be issued with 'cookies'. Cookies are text files which identify users' computers to the website’s server. The website then creates "session" cookies to store some of the preferences of users moving around the website, e.g. retaining a text-only preference. If you opt to subscribe to email updates, the information we collect is: your name, email address and telephone number.

This information is stored in a SG database to allow us to provide you with details about public appointment vacancies and events. This information is kept securely by SG and will be held until such time as you inform SG otherwise. This information is also stored on back-up tapes to avoid loss of data. Exclusions of liability

The SG will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the data on the Website is accurate and will correct any errors or omissions as soon as practicable after being notified of them. The SG has no liability for any losses or claims arising from inability to access the Website, or from any use of the Website or reliance on the data transmitted using the Website. The SG is not liable for any loss of profit, revenues, goodwill, opportunity, business, anticipated savings or other indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, delict or otherwise arising out of use of the Website.
